I must warn you, this program is not for everyone.  If you are over the age of 40 or sensitive to heavy lifting I do not recommend this.  No Nonsense Muscle Building is designed specifically for younger people and those between the ages of 18 to 35 should expect optimal results.

Additionally, If you are looking for a ‘quick fix’ or ‘add 30lbs. of muscle in 2 weeks program’ , this program is not for you.  It teaches you how to build muscle with proper nutrition and long-term health benefits in mind. I firmly believe that if you are willing the put in the work and are completely serious in your goal of packing on new muscle, the proven workout routines, nutrition guides, and all the other tools included make No Nonsense Muscle Building your best choice.

What I Don’t Like About No Nonsense Muscle Building

  • The program does not come with any kind of software to track your progress.  It does deliver some great content but you’ll have to track you muscle gains on your own.
  • A lot of the information is geared toward beginner and intermediate weightlifters.  Advanced bodybuilders and those in bodybuilding competitions may already know much of the information presented in Vince’s book
